VitalNow was founded by Dr. Kristin Christophersen, DNP, MBA, RN, CENP, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CLSSGB, FACHE, a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry, with more than 20 years of executive management experience. With a strong background in front-line operations, strategic planning, and organizational development, Dr. Christophersen has a proven track record of successfully directing the operations of single organizations or multiple entities within a larger network. She has sat in all seats of the executive suite except CFO, and is skilled in continuous process improvement, service line growth and improvement, productivity management, mentoring and education, recruitment and retention, and more.
